Because our products are handmade and many are considered personal spiritual tools, all sales are final unless your order arrives damaged or incorrect.

Damaged Orders

If your order arrives damaged:

Please contact us within 7 days of delivery with:

Your order number
Photos of the damaged item
Photos of the packaging

If approved, we will gladly replace the item or offer another appropriate solution.

Cancellations

Orders may only be canceled before production or shipping has begun. Once an order has entered production or has shipped, cancellations cannot be guaranteed.
