Processing Time
All WhisperKraft products are handcrafted in small batches. Orders typically ship within 3-7 business days unless otherwise stated.
During holidays, product launches, or high-volume periods, processing times may be extended.
Shipping
Shipping costs are calculated during checkout. Once your order has shipped, you will receive tracking information by email.
Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed.
Incorrect Addresses
Customers are responsible for entering accurate shipping information. WhisperKraft is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided during checkout. Additional shipping charges may apply if packaged must be resent.
Lost or Delayed Packages
Once a package has been accepted by the shipping center, delivery is outside our control. If your package appears lost or delayed, please contact the carrier first using your tracking number.
